2 This project involved the comprehensive transformation of an existing two-storey residence in Woollahra. The home, while well located, had become dated and no longer suited the clients’ lifestyle, and we were engaged to deliver a complete refurbishment of their primary residence.
The scope of works focused on re-configuring the existing floor plan to create a more open, functional living environment, while carefully enhancing the home’s connection to its impressive outlook. Structural modifications were undertaken to open key spaces, improve flow, and maximise natural light throughout the home.
Works included re-tiling the roof, the introduction of strategically placed skylights, and significant internal alterations, including the removal and reconstruction of internal walls. Particular attention was given to detailing, finishes, and craftsmanship to ensure the final result reflected a high-quality, contemporary standard.
Completed over a nine-month period, the project delivered a fully revitalised home that not only better supports modern living, but also significantly increased the property’s value—by an estimated 50%—through improved layout, enhanced natural light, elevated finishes, and a strong focus on the home’s views.
