This coastal residence was a rewarding renovation and one of our standout projects. Working closely with the client and architect, we were engaged to reconfigure the home’s main entry to create a more elevated and impressive arrival experience.
As part of the process, we undertook a detailed review of the home’s structure and provided strategic recommendations to improve space utilisation and enhance long-term value. This included repurposing a portion of the existing granny flat by excavating down to lane level to create a secure lock-up garage—significantly improving both functionality and street appeal.The project involved a complete reconfiguration of the internal floor plan, along with comprehensive landscaping works. The result is a once-tired Clovelly residence transformed into a refined, premium coastal oasis that balances luxury, practicality, and thoughtful design.
