This project involved the addition of a third storey to an existing two-storey home, along with a complete structural reconfiguration throughout. The floor plans across the first two levels were fully redesigned to create a more modern, functional layout better suited to contemporary living.
By carefully reviewing the initial structural design, we were able to identify a more efficient construction approach, saving the client tens of thousands of dollars while maintaining generous ceiling heights on the second level.The project was technically complex due to the narrow site, limited access, and its location on a main road, requiring careful planning and coordination throughout construction. In addition, a new swimming pool was excavated and constructed within the rear garden, further enhancing the home’s functionality and increasing the overall value of the property.
